I came to software from a microscope, and the range came with me.

I build full-stack systems, integrations and AI workflows out of San Leandro — requirements through deployment, and the parts in between that nobody volunteers for. Five years of neuroscience research came first; the breadth is deliberate, not a detour.

Three years as a full-stack engineer at CloudBase Services, where I led a three-engineer team through full-lifecycle client projects, from requirements to deployment, and delivered production apps, integrations and AI workflows across 30+ client engagements. Along the way I put CI/CD pipelines, testing and documentation standards in place to raise code quality, and doubled the company’s portfolio of integration-ready client portals. More in the résumé.

Microglial depletion and repopulation, modelled in 3D cortical cultures and read out by imaging — video sequences rather than single frames, because the question was how the population comes back, not what it looks like once it has.
