I came to software from a microscope, and the range came with me.

I build full-stack systems, integrations and AI workflows out of San Leandro — requirements through deployment, and the parts in between that nobody volunteers for. Five years of neuroscience research came first, and it is still how I approach the work: read the system before you change it, and treat a result you cannot reproduce as a result you do not have. The breadth is deliberate, not a detour.

Three years building end-to-end applications and integrations on low-code platforms and enterprise orchestration systems — requirements through system design, integration, testing, CI/CD and deployment, and the whole lifecycle alone when a project needed that. The piece I find most worth describing is a configuration-driven document-extraction pipeline: prompts assembled per field, extraction restricted to the pages a field can actually appear on, and per-document error isolation, so one bad scan cannot take a batch down with it. Microglial depletion and repopulation, modelled in 3D cortical cultures and read out by imaging — video sequences rather than single frames, because the question was how the population comes back, not what it looks like once it has.
